#1 the lion king

Fun, adventurous, meaningful, and different are all words that describe this terrific movie. When I was a child I loved it, and still today, it remains as one of my favorite movies. "The Lion King" is a great film for anyone with an imagination, not just children. It not only provides a fun story for viewers to see, but teaches lessons that people must learn in life and how to work through tough times. I recommend this movie to anybody who hasn't seen it. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

#2 TOY STORY

With a higher movie grade than "The Lion King", I still leave this movie as my number two children's movie simply because I feel that The Lion King's plot is better. Growing up, I probably watched this film around 2-3 times a day, which annoyed my family very much, as you can imagine. This movie is such a genius film that really causes viewers to tap into their imagination. I've never met anyone who had anything negative to say about "Toy Story" and I'm sure after watching it you won't either. Kids of all ages will enjoy it you have my word!

BUZZ MEETS WOODY

well woody wasn't really expecting buzz to be as big as he was. well at least he got over it that's the main thing you see. ive got to say buzz and woody are my two favourite characters as well you know. Enjoy.

#3 THE INCREDIBLES

Just as funny as it is entertaining, "The Incredibles" is a must see for anybody who loves super heroes and loves to laugh. I can promise you that any and all kids will enjoy this film because of its creative story line and hilarious scenes. Any movie where you can't exactly pick a favorite character because there are just that many of them to choose from, usually means that the film is a favorite as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

One of the greatest children romance movies that I've seen thus far. "Pocahontas" is an animated film about a young Native American girl who falls in love with an english settler by the name of John Smith. While others reject their love, the two are determined to fight to stay together. Beautiful story, beautiful animation...

#5 DENNIS THE MENACE

PG | 1 hour 34 minutes

The main thing I'll always love about this movie is how innocent and real the humor is in it, yet it still makes me laugh just as much, if not more, as comedies for children do today. Throwing the most random things and adding cuss words and disgusting scenes has kind of become the norm for children to see in the most recent years, but "Dennis the Menace" is a hilarious movie with terrific acting that will have your stomach burning from all the realistic and antagonizing things that Dennis (Mason Gamble) does to his elderly neighbor Mr. George Wilson (Walter Matthau), or as Dennis would call him, "Mr. Wilsoooooooooon!"

#6 jingle all the way

Another example of a children's comedy film that didn't have to go over the top to make its audience laugh. The plot revolves around a father, Arnold Schwarzenegger (Howard Langston in the film), who forgets to get his son the most sought out toy for Christmas and ends up having to make a last second run to find one. The only problem is that the "Turbo Man" toys are sold out in literally every store he goes to causing him to go through a lot of running around and unfortunately funny events! Another "MUST SEE" in my book!

SIDE NOTE: Jake Lloyd, who plays Jamie Langston (Arnold's song) in "Jingle All The Way" also plays Anakin Skywalker in STAR WARS EPISODE I - THE PHANTOM MENACE.

#8 finding nemo

This is a beautiful film and one of Disney's greatest animations. Heartfelt, inspiring, and hilarious, "Finding Nemo" is a movie to see! I do warn you though, if you're a sensitive person beware of the very beginning of this film... It might make you cry.

PLOT

After his son is captured in the Great Barrier Reef and taken to Sydney, a timid clownfish sets out on a journey to bring him home.
